CNB conducts in-depth and historical research on the budgets of departments and agencies as well as the budget dimensions or sectoral issues and concerns

Project Management

CNB lends its technical expertise to national government offices in the preparation and improving project proposals. CNB also assists legislators in the analyses and scrutiny of the general appropriations bills.
